This hotel is a hidden gem that exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. its location was perfect, being very close to the Aso Shrine shopping street, the bus stop, and even the temple. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even providing small touches like hot water bottles to warm up the futon at night. Finally, the breakfast was an absolute delight. It offered a wide variety of delicious home-cooked dishes, including a customized spread with western-style options for the kids. The attention to detail in both the service and the food was truly outstanding.
All was perfect, nothing to complain about here.

The breakfast was good and we appreciated the complimentary use of the hot bath. The room was adequate in size with a comfortable bed, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The hotel was difficult to find as the English signage was not clear. The fittings and fixtures in the room were old and run down.
